Prohibited activities. and Prohibited Countries can't use our Service
The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these are drawn up after these terms and conditions of sale. Any derogation must be expressly agreed to in advance and in writing to be valid.
Our invoices are payable within 7 working days, unless a different payment timeframe is specified on the invoice or order. In the event of non-payment by the due date, SAKURA EXCHANGE GUAM, INC. reserves the right to apply a fixed interest charge of 10% on the outstanding amount. SAKURA EXCHANGE GUAM, INC. is authorized to suspend the provision of services without prior notice in the event of late payment.
If a payment remains outstanding more than thirty (30) days after the due date, SAKURA EXCHANGE GUAM, INC. reserves the right to engage a debt recovery agency. All associated legal expenses will be the responsibility of the client.
Certain countries impose withholding taxes on invoice amounts in accordance with their local laws. Any such withholding tax will be paid by the client to the relevant tax authorities. Under no circumstances will SAKURA EXCHANGE GUAM, INC. bear any costs related to the client’s local legislation. The full invoice amount is due to SAKURA EXCHANGE GUAM, INC. and does not include any such costs.
SAKURA EXCHANGE GUAM, INC. will make every effort to provide services on time and in accordance with agreed schedules. However, none of these obligations will be considered as a performance guarantee. Under no circumstances can SAKURA EXCHANGE GUAM, INC. be required to act as a third party in claims for damages made against the client by an end consumer.
To be valid, any claims must be submitted to SAKURA EXCHANGE GUAM, INC. by recorded delivery to its registered office within 8 days of the delivery of goods or services.
Certain products may be eligible for return, while others are not. Products that have been used or opened cannot be returned.
SGPOINTS Terms
SGPOINTS, once purchased and used, are non-returnable. SGPOINTS are valid for 180 days from the date of purchase and will expire after this period. Points purchased within this period will have a new 180-day validity from the date of purchase. Customers cannot hold a balance exceeding $2,000.
If SGPOINTS are transferred using cryptocurrency, stablecoins, or cash via bank transfer, the balance is considered used, and refunds will not be provided. Cryptocurrencies and stablecoins sent to a transfer destination or non-custodial wallet must be managed by the customer, and SAKURA EXCHANGE GUAM, INC. holds no responsibility for their management.
By purchasing SGPOINTS, you agree that they will be credited to your Planet Digital Wallet, enabling you to use our services via the Planet Digital Wallet application.
If SGPOINTS are purchased through an agent, it may take up to 72 hours for the transaction to reflect in the system. A 5% fee will be included in the purchase amount charged by the sales agent.
The price of SGPOINTS may be revised due to fluctuations in foreign exchange rates.
SGPOINTS are not investments or securities and can only be used under a purchase agreement. The prepaid MasterCard is a product provided by HyperBC Corporation, with SAKURA EXCHANGE GUAM, INC. acting as an intermediary.
Only purchase SGPOINTS and the prepaid MasterCard if you agree to the above terms and conditions.
All contractual relationships will be governed exclusively by United States law.
Prohibited Activities, Countries, and Industries
- Customers involved in terrorism or supporting terrorist activities
- Countries and regions under international sanctions (e.g., North Korea, Iran)
- Industries and companies with a risk of money laundering or other financial crimes
- Transactions involving firearms, arms, and ammunition
- Precious metals services
- Adult entertainment or pornography
- Cash transactions
- FX services
- Internet gambling
- Cannabis/marijuana-related activities
- Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs)
